BAYONNE
Travel Information
A small and cozy city is exactly what the Out The Door tour needs for a final performance. Bayonne is welcoming, full of beauty and last but certainly not least, full of fans anxious to attend a Nickelback concert.
The hotel the band, Haley and I will be staying at is the Chateau Du Brindos. The Chateau Du Brindos is a luxurious 4 star hotel that would and will meet anyone’s high (or perhaps low) expectations. The total cost for 5 rooms and 6 adults is 996.00 (about $1446.00 Canadian). I’m sure at this price, all six of us will have a fantastic time overnight in Bayonne.
Even though we are not planning on visiting any tourist attractions or any attractions at all for that matter, if we did have some time to scope out more of Bayonne we most likely would have gone down to Anglet Beach. Anglet Beach is the best beach in all of Bayonne (perhaps all of France!) and if you are looking for a great time to learn some new surfing skills and relax on a toasty warm shore then this is the place to go. This is exactly the reason we would have tooken Nickelback to the anomalous watersides of the Atlantic Ocean. Learning how to surf would be a enjoyable event to help calm down their adrenaline from their back-to-back concerts.
Hopefully Nickelback will have a fabulous time in Bayonne. In fact, Haley and I are sure that they will! Just because we are staying over only 1 night and not going anywhere special in Bayonne does not mean the band members won’t have fun. With our extravagant hotel and blood-pumping performance, we will have an excellent time in Bayonne!
